REVIVED Fasion Show

The  REVIVED Fashion Show was held on the 28th of December 2011 in Fresno and it's goal was to  promote and showcase the works aspiring fashion designers, makeup artists and photographers as well as any other artists who were willing to contribute in the show.

Mac Haul

'Tis the Season! I'm super excited for Christmas already even though Thanksgiving hasn't even arrived yet. Haha! So anywho, my boyfriend took me with him to the mall to pick up a game that he placed an order on and so I decided to wonder off to the MAC counter while he stood in line. My original plan was that I was just supposed to go pick up Mac's ProLongwear Lip Liner in "Absolutely It" but then I saw Mac's Lady Gaga set and had to buy it! - along with Mac's blush in "Peaches" and their Mineralized Skinfinish in "Medium Plus". I'm extremely happy because I missed out when the first Lady Gaga lipstick came out and since now that it's back with the second one I thought "Why not get it since it's only $38 plus it comes with a baggie!" Right?!? What a good deal and on top of that a portion of my purchase goes towards women and children who are suffering from Aids/HIV. ^_^

So I went shopping for some miscellaneous stuff and happened to stop by the makeup section -- like always. ^_^  I've heard a lot of pros and cons about this brand and thought that maybe I can try out some of the products I haven't heard/seen reviews on and see how it goes. So far I'm in LOVE with the lipstick and the nail polish. The eyeliner kind of smears off easily and the lip liner also kind of runs off my lips. Both the blush and bronzer aren't very pigmented, however, after two applications or so it does come out nice. Overall I would have to rate these products a 5 out of 10 because it is kind of pricey for just being drugstore makeup and depending on which product you decide to purchase it may or may not turn out to be the best. [ A bit of advice: Do some research on new products before you decide to purchase them because it will save you a bit of money -- especially if the product isn't good. ] 

Like I mentioned earlier, I'm in love with this nail polish. It's super pigmented and the color payoff is awsome! If you're wondering the name of the nail polish is called "Mr. Right" plus it comes with a cute heart ring that's also the same color as the nail polish.

Yogurtland

After a long day of hard work my two girlfriends and I decided to treat ourselves to some frozen yogurt. So, Yogurtland it was! My bowl contained of the flavors strawberry, taro, coconut, chocolate milkshake, guava pineapple, and plain tart topped with strawberries, popping strawberry & popping mango balls, mochi pieces, and granola bits. It was DELICIOUS!! 

This was my outfit of the night. I wore a black blazer with a black tank and paired that with my black tights and my awesome combat boots that I bought from wetseal. Also, I decided to pair that whole outfit up with a black purse and the lovely necklace that my boyfriend bought me for our 3rd year anniversary a while back. wetNwild Nail Polish Swatches

Hello there again! These are just some wetNwild nail polishes that I bought and wanted to try out. I LOVE wetNwild nail polishes because not only are they cheap but they are very pigmented as well. The nail swatches to the left are swatches of my nails and the ones on the right are my little sister's nails. I wanted these pictures up so instead of doing my nails twice I grabbed my little sister and did her nails as well! Hope you guys enjoy!

Target Haul

So the other day I took my little sister back to school shopping at Target and instead of doing "back to school shopping" we stopped at the makeup section and shopped for a whole hour there. hahaha. So anyways, besides school supplies these were just some goodies that I picked up. Swatches will be up soon. :)

Walmart Haul

Just the basics. I went to Walmart and bought baby shampoo to clean my brushes, eyelashes - but they were for my sister, wet&wild blush in Pearlescent Pink , Maybelline mascra in jet black, Revlon's Just Bitten Lip Stain in Passion, and wet&wild Nail polish in #462 (casting call/ Rose sage)
